As part of the career fair HR Core LAB 5 forum, HR professionals will discuss future trends in the field and what should be next year’s focus for business leaders in the area of governance and people management.  Emphasis will fall on key tendencies, innovations, and good practice initiatives.  Central topics for 2017 edition of will be HR Agility, People Analytics, Employer Branding, HR Trends, Big Data and Talent/Leadership Development.

Currently existing problems and available solutions in the HR domain cover end-to-end business operations and have the potential to create considerable advantages over the competition. Hiring talents from all over the world and the speed by which markets are developing lately leads us to the next big challenge facing HR specialists, namely how to efficiently manage corporate change and foster up-to-date business culture.
