Responsibilities:


  • Answering request via email, chat, and phone
    Communicate effectively with customers
  • Reacting on customer’s requests promptly with a professional and kind manner
    Working in a team and cooperating with the company management
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Customer Support Agent with Chinese/Japanese both written and verbal
    Excellent English knowledge - both written and verbal
  • Experience in a B2B Customer Support filed 
    Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    Great time management and multitasking skills
  • Problem-solving skills
