Job Description:

  • Answering requests via email, chat and phone; Communicate effectively with customers;
  • Reacting on customer’s requests promptly with a professional and kind manner;
    Working in team and cooperating with the company management.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in Korean - both written and verbal; 
      Excellent English knowledge - both written and verbal;
    • Strong communication skills;
      Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
    • Great time management and multitasking skills;
