Job description:

  • Managing the process of issuing cards, chargeback, and collection;Responsible for leading a team of professionals and take actions to improve the process
  • Eligible for timely providing reports related to card issuing, chargeback, and collectionsProactively and strategically plan the process of development of the team
  • Resolve issues related to card projects, bad debt and AdHoc issues


Requirements:

  • Have a solid managerial background in the field of card payments – 9+ years of experienceHave experience in leading a team of more than 10 years, with proven managerial skills
  • Proficiency in both- verbal and written English Online payment experience is valued
