At the moment we are expanding our team and are looking for Junior Recruiter to join our ranks!
The role will be multi-faceted and you will have the opportunity to speak and interact with people throughout the world. 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Understanding clients’ needs and requirements so as to fill existing vacancies;Working for international clients in Germany, Spain, Belarus, UAE, Greece, Cyprus and etc.;
  • Candidate Searching; Telephone interviewing of prospective candidates;
  • Updating candidate database and CV management on a daily basis;Providing high level of customer service to clients and candidates.
  Desired skills: 
  •   Min. 1 year of recruiting experience;Experience in a recruitment agency will be considered as an advantage;
  • Experience as a IT Recruiter is a big advantage;
    Fluent in English;
  •  Ability to cope with pressure and work on a tight deadline; Good organisational and administrative skills, ability to prioritize;
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
