The role will be multi-faceted and you will have the opportunity to speak and interact with people throughout the world.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Understanding clients’ needs and requirements so as to fill existing vacancies;Working for international clients in Germany, Spain, Belarus, UAE, Greece, Cyprus and etc.;
- Candidate Searching; Telephone interviewing of prospective candidates;
- Updating candidate database and CV management on a daily basis;Providing high level of customer service to clients and candidates.
- Min. 1 year of recruiting experience;Experience in a recruitment agency will be considered as an advantage;
Experience as a IT Recruiter is a big advantage;
Fluent in English;
- Ability to cope with pressure and work on a tight deadline; Good organisational and administrative skills, ability to prioritize;
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
