Job description:

  • Interaction with customers, proactive follow up on email campaigns, maintaining and managing effectively large merchants databases, creating a mailing and phone campaigns and tracking
    Work in the direction to improve conversion ratio
  • Adhering to company processes and procedures, able to work both with and without supervisionBuilding good relationships with customers and create value proposals for each of them


  • The candidate must possess min. 2 years of  trackable experience in online and/or mobile payments, Fintech company or payment processorSales experience and skills, including lead generation and proactiveness to follow up clients
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills are an absolute MUSTHe/She must be able to prioritize and multi-task and to manage effectively work time
  • Previous knowledge about online payments processing, KYC, merchants onboarding, gateway is a definite advantagea payment
