What do I Do?
My job at Radioactive International Recruitment (RIR) is to take care of the overall administrative process involved in the relocation of candidates coming from various countries to legally live and work in Bulgaria. This process is based on a specific job offer, addressed by one of our partnering corporations. Companies seek our assistance in the so-called WORK PERMITS service.
One of the challenges I face is the process itself, since it takes not only very specific documentary work, but also understanding, empathy and effort to meet the expectations and demands of both sides. On one hand, we have the partnering corporation, which has trusted us to deliver an expert with unique professional qualities and expects 100% success rate in terms of their relocation to the country. On the other hand, we have the expert candidate, who is making a huge step in their lives, deciding to change not only their job, but also the place where they live, often leaving behind their friends and family.
Working at RIR
Implementing such a process makes me feel responsible, not only professionally but also personally. Therefore, the successful fulfillment of the process is exceptionally important to me and completing it makes me feel very satisfied with my work. It is the challenge that makes me move ahead and do my job with pleasure.
Work hard, play hard
My hobby is to travel around the world. During my trips, I learn a lot about various cultures, I communicate with people from different nationalities and have a chance to get a real taste of various corners of the earth. By relocating people from around the globe to Bulgaria, helping them get WORK PERMITS, I communicate with them and learn a lot about their mentality and culture. Thus, my work at RIR helps me stay close to my hobby, turning my profession into a pleasure.
