For one of our clients a leading BPO company in Sofia, we are looking for Operations Manager.  

    • As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all day to day activities of the client call center.
    • Ability to deal with metrics, understand and create reports so as to make forecasts and measure attrition, customer satisfaction, call qualities etc.. 
    • Strong Leadership skills are a must because you will be in charge of encouraging Team managers to deliver exceptional results.
    • The ideal Operations manager should have a result oriented personality, so as to motivate and push employees with low performance to deliver better results. 
    • Follow all corporate procedures and regulations and look forward to improvements and increasing revenues.

    Requirements:


    • Relevant University Degree.
    • Proven experience in BPO sector at least 5 years.
    • Fluent English language. 
    • Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
