For one of our clients, a leading BPO company, we are looking for a Team Lead


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage one-to-one meetings to coach employees and improve the quality of services Extensive communication with internal staff, client, and customers Supporting the Operations Manager and strive for improvementsThe Team Manager should be a problem solver and must be able to react adequately in critical situations 
  • Responsible for staff planning, workforce management, and shift schedules preparation Monitoring of customer interactions create reports and analyze the results 

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish - both written and verbalExcellent English knowledge - both written and verbal
    Strong communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Great time management and multitasking skillsProblem-solving skills
    Proactive attitude
