Our client is a forex and commodities broker, providing trading services and facilities to both retail and institutional clients. 

We're looking for a creative and passionate Sales Director with English Language to join their team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
  • Short and long term setting of the department strategy and direction.
  • Setting activity and retention targets for members of the sales team and ensure they are met.
  • Attending aspects of the recruitment and selection for the sales department.
  • Taking care of the training and development of all members of the sales department.
  • Attending meetings and correspondence with all other senior members and departments.
  • Implementing new systems and procedures to develop all members of the sales department.
  • Organizing periodical sales and retention meetings with the team to discuss sales and retention strategies
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best sales results possible.
  • Prepare working schedules for the department to cover the needs of the business
  • Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company.
  • Sales and retention department, close communication on changes within the organisation such as new technologies, promotions and client benefits.

Requirements:

  • 3- 5 years of previous experience on similar role /ideally from Forex industry/ is a MUST
  • Fluent written and oral English knowledge.
  • Any additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to manage large teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills and an ability to inspire and motivate teams.
